A trio of black dogs enjoy the waters of the Racquette River near Potsdam, NY. I had spotted these dogs and their bassett hound pal in the back of a pickup truck and followed them hoping for a photo op, which they provided when their owner gave them some playtime in a local park.
Welcome to my view of the world, sometimes seasoned with a strange sense of humor; sharpened by age. I hope you enjoy the things I see.

Beautiful dogs; they look like Labs (hence their affinity for the water).
My son has coined a term for following around a subject from a distance hoping to get a good photo op. During social or scout functions, he warns others: "Look out, Dad is sniping". So now I'm known as "The Sniper". Now I just need a ghillie suit.
