This plant, commonly called lungwort, is believed by some to be effective in treating breathing and lung diseases. I've also read that some believe it to be a carcinogen, so drinking a tea made from it might do more than help your cold! In any case, it's a lovely spring flower that flourishes in shaded, damp locations.

This is a beautiful image. Gorgeous color and DOF. I like the name Pulmonaria better than Lungwort. The latter sounds like something for which you should take antibiotics. :)
