'Guess this photo doesn't need much explaining... but this was not an easy shot... First I grew the blueberries, then I built the picnic table, after that I baked the pie - THEN I took the photo.
Welcome to my view of the world, sometimes seasoned with a strange sense of humor; sharpened by age. I hope you enjoy the things I see.

Boy! Talk about putting a lot of long-term planning into making a photo! Glad to see all those years of hard work were worth it. What beautiful saturated colors and textures. I like the simple yet elegant designs that you put into the crust. Any way you can send me a piece of that 100% homemade pie? It looks delicious :-)

@Russ Devan: Big storm blew through here around mid-day on Tuesday. We're still without power, but phone was restored this morning. Many big trees down on the lines and across the roads. We're on generator power, which keeps the freezers going, the pump running only as occasionally necessary, and - for the first time in two days - the computer working. Amazing how much stuff I'm getting done without the usual distractions!
